CONTRAST PLUNGE POOLS
Our contrast plunge pools use mineral water to help support and boost recovery and restoration. Alternating between hot and cold water can stimulate circulation, reduce muscle tension, and promote detoxification.
- Pool 1: 5°C – 7°C, Slow the breath.
- Pool 2: 12°C – 14°C, Control the mind.
- Pool 3: 38°C – 40°C, Relax.
TRADITIONAL SAUNA
A communal sauna up to 85°C, promoting detoxification, lymphatic drainage and helping to flush out toxins while improving circulation within the body.
Studies have shown that saunas can help with anxiety and overall wellness.
INFARED SAUNA
Our infrared sauna heats the body directly at around 50°C, promoting deep tissue relaxation and enhanced detoxification.
With integrated Light Therapy, it further supports circulation, muscle recovery, skin health and overall well-being. Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air, infrared penetrates deep into the skin for maximum benefits.
COMPRESSION THERAPY
Our compression therapy applies controlled pressure to boost circulation, reduce muscle fatigue, and speed up recovery.
Ideal for athletes, those with circulatory conditions, or anyone needing relief from swelling and prolonged sitting or standing, it supports overall vascular health and recovery.
